The account page offers a space where users can edit their account profiles, have an overview on their own content, shared content with the user and can manage email notification settings. The account page is located here:

The account page is only accessible after a user has logged in. The account page consists of 3 tabs namely: Account details, My Forms and Notifications. It also consist of buttons which can be used to change account password and edit profile. Logged in users can change information about their name, city and phone number. Changing information about Organization Type, Organization Name and Department is not allowed. If the user is not a part of the red cross movement and its respective organization, he/she has to register his organization as other while making a new account. Such a user is categorized as guest user and upon making his account cannot changes to organization type is not allowed.
Users can also generate a new token is he/she wants to access the Montandon - Global Crisis Data Bank. User needs to click on the button named generate new token and then provide a name/title for the token. Upon generating the token a new window will appear with the token string which the user can copy and store safely as once the modal is closed, user won't be able to see the token again. More details about accessing the Montandon data bank can be accessed by cling on the View more details button.
My Forms page under account page consist of information about Field Reports, PER forms, DREF applications and 3W projects created or edited by the user. However, the visibility to the MY Forms is limited and only organization users can access information under this tab. Some information under the 4 categories of forms mentioned before might still be limited depending on the visibility group of the user. Permission for editing some these form categories might also be limited to some users depending upon the organization of the user and the visibility group.
This section shows the field reports created by the user which can be viewed and exported. Users can also view all the field reports by clicking on the button View All Field Reports situated on the right. Clicking on the respective field report, user can see the field report details or edit its content if allowed.
This page shows the list of PER (Preparedness for Effective Response) completed assessments, which can be viewed and exported. New PER assessments can be submitted from here as well. Users can also edit the PER forms if allowed. PER forms can also be filtered based on region and country.
In-progress and published DREF applications are listed on this page. Applications can be edited, published, exported or shared to pdf and new operational updates can be initiated from here. Only those applications are listed, which are shared with the user. Users can be added to the applications by any users who has access to the application. The page also allows user to search DREF applications based on country, type of DREFs, disaster types and appeal codes. Users can also view completed DREFs by clicking on the Show completed DREFs button on the right hand side.
3W page lists 3W projects and emergency response 3W activities and allows to view each 3W item. Users can only see the projects/activities that they have created or that have been shared with them. Users can view all projects/activities by clicking on the View all Projects/View all activities button on the right hand side to view all projects/activities. 3W projects/activities can also be edited, users need to click on the three dots next to each project/activity and select edit.
3W visibility might be limited to the user depending on the visibility group of the 3W item and the organization of the user.
Users can subscribe to notifications to help them keep updated about specific operation or emergency. Under the subscription preferences users can select the notification types. They can receive notifications related to the specific emergencies as a weekly digest or about new emergencies or new operations.
